 U5 WILL CONTINUE WITH THE ACADEMY WITH SAME FORMAT AS SPRING 2008 SEASON

Format for U6 Academy for Fall 2008

We apologize for any inconvenience and misunderstanding that one may encounter with the U-6 program.  ERSA will be calling it an U-6 Academy, it will consist of games on Mondays and Saturdays, 30 minutes of instructional time with a college player (parents are encouraged to volunteer to help), the players will be divided by school district, and teams will be formed from each school district that will be playing scheduled games (through ERSA) after each 30 minute instructional period. 

ERSA is encouraging any parent to volunteer to work with their child’s team.  This will give parents knowledge of the sport and the rules of play and then by the fall parents of U-7 players will be ready to coach. Also, any parent who would like to be a team manager, scheduling parties, ordering trophies, etc.  Please introduce yourself to the coach and hopefully, to a parent coach, so that way everyone knows what is going on with that team.
